Returns Policy
We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned in the gift box they were sent in within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that you must pay return postage. Remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following products, if found to be unsuitable:
- all stockings;
- items whose tags have been removed;
- products which are stained or appear to have been worn.
